I was inspired to draw and paint this image whilst learning to pray the Holy Rosary. It is an image of Our Lady, in a beautiful rose garden in Heaven, holding the Holy Rosary, there are some Cherubs and the Holy Spirit appears as a Dove. Our Lady is showing us that when we pray the Holy Rosary, this can help us with all our troubles.  

The project has been a personal devotional artwork; my way to say thank you for all the prayers Mother Mary has answered in my life and the help Our Lady has given me. I would also like to thank Margaret and her Great Niece for assisting me with the face of the Cherub in the foreground. I would also like to thank all my friends at the Art Club at the Hub, South Shore Blackpool for all your encouragement as I worked on this artwork, you are all such wonderful people.
